Gabriel Paletta (Italy)Up to three defenders could leave AC Milan this summer as they look to reduce their squad size in order to meet new Serie A regulations that ensure a maximum squad size of 25.

This comes after a deal between Milan and Roma was finally struck for the sale of Alessio Romagnoli who could make his debut in the Rossoneri’s Coppa Italia fixture against Perugia on August 15.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb.com, the Rossoneri are looking to offload the trio of Gabriel Paletta, Alex and Cristian Zaccardo.

However Tuttosport has reported that the Paletta is not keen on moving to the clubs that have shown interest in him, namely Atalanta and Bologna as the Italian international would prefer to move to a club who could offer him European football.

Meanwhile, Olympiacos are tracking Alex’s situation whereas Zaccardo has already said no to an offer from Indian Super League side Pune City.
