Roma, his agent Jorge Machado feels betrayed by the attacker after being left out of negotiations for the starlet’s signature.
According to Machado, despite holding a contract to act on the players’ behalf he was never included as the Brazilian club considered offers from the Giallorossi and La Liga giants Barcelona.
“I signed a contract with him until October with an automatic renewal until 2018,” Machado told VoceGiallorossa.it.
“This agreement was broken several times, something that has never happened in all the years of my career.
“I feel betrayed. I have to defend my name, that of my agency, and if needed after the court hearing I will also appeal to FIFA and the sports justice.
“In the negotiations between the player, Fluminense and Barcelona or Rome I have never participated, I have always been left out.
“I came to know of the agreement Gerson’s father had made in the press.”
