Mario Balotelli has said he is pleased to be back at AC Milan ahead of the completion of his loan move from Liverpool.
The Italian international left the Rossoneri last summer to move to the Reds but endured a terrible season scoring just four times in 28 appearances for the Premier League club.
Tuttomercatoweb report that the striker expressed his delight to be back in Italy, following his medical at the club.
“I am happy to be back, I do not have many words to say,” the striker said.
“I just want to train,” he added.
“Physically I’m fine, I just have to train a bit with the team.
“Motivation? I have a lot, but I will not talk, I just have to work.”
The 25-year-old was then asked whether he thought he would ever return to Milan.
“Yes, I have imagined returning here,” he revealed.
“I have this team in my heart and I always hoped to go back.
“The future? I start work from today and hopefully I’ll have a good season, then the rest we will see.”
