Inter have agreed a deal to sign Tottenham Hotspur forward Erik Lamela.

The Argentinian international joined the English side from Roma in 2013 but is up for sale for sale after two disappointing seasons at the club.

As reported by Tuttosport, Inter have agreed to take Lamela on loan for a fee of €3 million.

Inter then have the option to buy Lamela at the end of the season for a further €14 million.

Even though a deal has been agreed, Lamela is not top of Inter’s wish list.

Inter are working on deals to sign Ivan Perisic and Ezequiel Lavezzi meaning Lamela is only Inter’s third choice.

Lamela has only managed two Premier League goals in his two seasons at Tottenham, struggling to adapt to the more physical nature of English football.
