Out of favour Inter winger Xherdan Shaqiri is reportedly close to joining Premier League side Stoke City.
The player has already turned down a move to the English club, however, it now seems as though a move is growing increasingly likely with the former Bayern Munich player spotted at Stoke’s opening league game of the season against Liverpool on Sunday.
According to The Telegraph, Shaqiri is poised to complete his £12 million move to Stoke in the next 48 hours.
The 23-year-old has apparently already undergone a medical at the Potters, and the club are expected to confirm the signing early this week.
Shaqiri played just 15 times for the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza giants last season, scoring one goal.
Before joining the Nerazzurri, Shaqiri played for Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.
