Chelsea midfielder Ramires is a target for Juventus following a recent injury blow suffered by big summer signing Sami Khedira.

Khedira faces up to two months out due to a thigh problem picked up in a pre-season friendly match with Marseille, which has forced the Bianconeri back into the transfer market in order to source a worthy replacement.

According to A Bola, 28-year-old Ramires could find himself out in the cold at Chelsea, with the regular midfield partnership of Nemanja Matic and Cesc Fabregas proving hard to break up in the middle of the park at Stamford Bridge.

Therefore, he could be tempted by a switch to the Serie A champions, while Blues boss Jose Mourinho is also reportedly ready to sell.

Ramires made 34 appearances in all competitions last term, while scoring four goals, and is contracted to the Premier League club until 2017.

In total he has featured on 231 occasions after moving from Benfica in 2010.
