Roberto Mancini InterInter boss Roberto Mancini is satisfied with his side’s 2-0 friendly win over Athletic Club on Saturday evening, but remained coy over a potential move for Galatasaray midfielder Felipe Melo.

Inter secured the victory with goals from striker’s Stevan Jovetic and Mauro Icardi, in a win that gives the Nerazzurri confidence given their dreadful pre-season form so far.

“I’m satisfied today, but the same as in the previous friendlies when we lost because you always do some good things and some bad things,” Mancini told Mediaset Premium.

“We still have a month in which we have to work hard and lay the foundations for the whole year.

“Jovetic? He’s still coming back so he needs time because he is still not in great condition. He scored a nice goal.

“Will Melo arrive? I do not know [laughs].”
