Godfred Donsah CagliariNapoli and recently relegated Cagliari have reportedly reached an agreement for the transfer of Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah.

The midfielder has been heavily linked with a move away from the Serie B side throughout the summer transfer window, following their relegation from Serie A last season. It had seemed that a move to Juventus was the most likely option for the 19-year-old, but it would now appear that a move to the Stadio San Paolo could be on the cards.

Naples based broadcasters Radio Kiss Kiss, have reported that an agreement has been reached between the two clubs for an initial loan move, with the Partenopei having the option to make the move permanent for a further fee.

The initial deal is thought to be to the value of €2 million, though Napoli could sign the player outright for an additional €8m, with bonuses potentially adding another €4m.
