Edu Vargas - NapoliNapoli are on the verge of agreeing a deal to sell Eduardo Vargas and Henrique to La Liga club Villarreal.

Brazilian defender Henrique has been used sparingly by the Azzurri since joining from Palmeiras in 2014, making 35 first-team appearances, while attacker Vargas spent last season on loan at English club Queens Park Rangers.

Nevertheless, El Submarino Amarillo is happy to take on the two castaways and have agreed terms with the players, according to Sky Sport Italia, although a fee is yet to be finalised.

Spaniards Villarreal, who finished sixth in 2014-15 , have already signed defender Victor Ruiz from rivals Valencia in the summer transfer window, as well as €8 million man Samu Castillejo from Malaga.

Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri, meanwhile, has already brought in Vlad Chiriches and Elseid Hysaj to a revamped Partenopei defence, while Gohkan Inler is expected to depart for Leicester City in the coming days.
