Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is reportedly in London to negotiate a deal for Arsenal forward Joel Campbell.
The Rosanero have been looking for a replacement for Paulo Dybala all summer and have identified the Costa Rican international as their number one target.
According to Gianluzadimarzio.com, Zamparini is trying to negotiate a deal for Campbell and would prefer to only bring him on loan, however the Premier League side are only interested in selling him outright.
The 23-year-old has already acquired 50 caps for his country scoring 10 goals.
Campbell has also experienced in a number of European Leagues including Ligue 1 with Lorient, La Liga with Real Betis and Villarreal as well as the Greek Superleague with Olympiacos.
The Costa Rican has only played 10 times for Arsenal.
