destro mattia milanRoma striker Mattia Destro is on the verge of finalising his move to Bologna.

The 24-year-old is expected to move to the Felsinei on loan with a view to making the deal permanent, although Premier League side Norwich City have also expressed an interest in the Italian international.

According to Sportitalia, Destro has agreed to join Bologna on a contract worth €1.8 million per season after sporting director Pantaleo Corvino met with the player’s entourage.

There are reportedly only a few details that need to be ironed out before Destro’s move to Bologna can be confirmed.

Destro scored five goals for Roma after making 16 appearances in the first half of the 2014-15 Serie A season for the Giallorossi.

The Italian then joined AC Milan in January where he went on to score three times from 15 appearances for the Rossoneri.
