Mattia Destro Roma Mattia Destro’s move to Bologna is still very much on as the Roma attacker’s agent is due to meet with the Rossoblu to discuss the deal.

The Italian international has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stadio Olimpico, where he is deemed surplus to requirements, and despite coming close to a transfer to both Monaco and Fiorentina, he remains a Roma player with the new season just weeks away.

This week, however, Destro’s agent Claudio Vigorelli will meet with the Veltri’s sporting director Pantaleo Corvino in the Eternal City to negotiate the details of the transfer with La Gazzetta Dello Sport reporting that a deal is fully on the cards.

The newly-promoted Felsinei have made some significant dips into the market as they prepare for life back in Serie A, signing the likes of Juan Fernando Quintero and Lorenzo Crisetig on loan as well as experienced goalkeeper Antonio Mirante from Parma.
