Tommaso Rocchi has elected to join FC Tatabanya of the Hungarian third division following an unsuccessful spell with Haladas.

The former Lazio captain has struggled to maintain his goalscoring form since departing the Aquile in 2013, with Tatabanya becoming his fourth club in just two years.

Rocchi, 37, spent last season with Hungarian top flight outfit Haladas, however according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he has now joined the side sitting second from bottom in the table and will play under newly appointed coach Bruno Giordano.

Tatabanya will be remembered by Brescia fans as the two clubs face each other in the third round of the 2001 edition of the Intertoto Cup when the Biancoazzurri earned a 3-2 aggregate win.

Rocchi is just one of a handful of individuals who have managed a century of goals for the Biancocelesti and was part of the side that lifted the Coppa Italia in 2009.
