Guarin InterInter midfielder Fredy Guarin has spoken of his happiness after the Nerazzurri defeated rivals AC Milan.

The Colombian scored the decisive goal as Inter went top of Serie A with the win over their rivals at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium on Sunday.

“I want to dedicate the goal to my children, also Max, [Dellacasa, Inter physiotherapist] who has had a hard time, he always gives us a hand,” Guarin told Premium Sport.

“Then of course to the president [Erick Thohir] who is not here but has watched the game in Indonesia with a large group of Inter supporters.

“He was the first to give us his heart and support us when we were at our most difficult period, so our victory is for him.”

Roberto Mancini’s side now lead Serie A by two points having won all three of their opening league matches.
