Palermo goalkeeper Stefano Sorrentino rues his side’s naivety against AC Milan.
The Rosanero lost 3-2 at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Saturday night in Serie A with Carlos Bacca scoring a brace for the hosts and Giacomo Bonaventura also grabbing a goal.
“We were naive, we responded twice but we were careless on the third goal,” Sorrentino told Sky Sport Italia after the match.
He then talked about Palermo midfielder Oscar Hiljemark, who scored the two goals for his team on Saturday, saying he believes he could be one of stars of the future.
“Hiljemark is very strong, he is very young and is the captain of the Under-21 Swedish side, he can do very well,” he said.
Sorrentino then reviewed his own performance in the 90 minutes against the Rossoneri.
“We will analyse the goals if I made a mistake, perhaps on the first one I could have done more,” the 36-year-old said.
