Roma boss Rudi Garcia has revealed he is still considering what formation to employ for the Champions League clash against Spanish holders Barcelona on Wednesday night.

The Frenchman remains indecisive about whether to play his more favoured 4-3-3 set-up or a 4-2-3-1 line-up which was implemented in the 2-0 defeat of Frosinone on the weekend.

According to Il Messaggero, Garcia is waiting on the fitness of Turkish youngster Salih Ucan, before making a decision on which formation to settle on, as well as which personnel will be best suited to nullifying the Blaugrana’s attacking threats.

The former Lille coach is contemplating utilising industrious midfielders Radja Nainggolan and Seydou to add extra protection in front of the Giallorossi back-four and including Iago Falque, Juan Manuel Iturbe and Mohamed Salah behind striker Edin Dzeko.

Roma currently lie in fifth place on seven points in the Serie A as they prepare to host the Catalan outfit at the Stadio Olimpico.
