Portuguese club Sporting Clube are eyeing current free agent Ezequiel Schelotto.
On transfer deadline day Schelotto and Inter came to a mutual agreement to void the Italo-Argentine winger’s contract with the Nerazzurri.
Rumours out of Portugal state that Sporting Clube have been enquiring about the player in recent weeks and have intensified in the past few days since the player was let go and is now available on a free transfer.
The 26-year-old moved to Inter in January 2013 managed to make only 13 appearances netting one goal in the process.
Schelotto had been loaned out to all of Sassuolo, Parma and Chievo.
The 2014-15 campaign saw Schelotto become a regular, making 29 appearances for the Flying Donkeys, but failing to find the back of the net.
