Bologna coach Delio Rossi bemoaned his team’s lack of cutting edge in attack after their defeat to Inter.

The Rossoblu were left counting their chances, after Mauro Icardi netted the winner.

“We definitely deserved a draw,” the Bologna boss told Sky Sport Italia post match.

“Unfortunately, football is not an exact science. There was a great deal of naivety.”

Mauro Icardi scored after Daniele Gastaldello failed to stop the pass in the box.

“Had we equalised then we’d be praising our performance,” Rossi continued.

“Our weakness in attack is costing us, and it shows in the league standings.”

Mattia Destro squandered a golden chance to level the score in extra time.

“I’m not just referring to Destro, but to the whole team,” he concluded.
