Tachtsidis GenoaGenoa‘s Panagiotis Tachtsidis is over the moon with his last-minute winner against Chievo in their Serie A meeting on Sunday.

The former Hellas Verona player scored the third goal for his side, who were reduced to ten men, in their 3-2 victory over the Flying Donkeys on Sunday afternoon in Serie A.

“It was difficult to play with ten men,” Tachtsidis told Premium Calcio after the match.

“Chievo are a tricky team.”

The 24-year-old then spoke about his late winner.

“Scoring in the 90th minutes was so exciting,” he said.

“I thank my wife and the birth of my daughter who gives me the strength to do unimaginable things.”

The victory means Genoa are now 12th in the Serie A league table ahead of their next league game away to Empoli on October 24.
