“The touch was there,” the Italian told Sky Sport Italia after the match.
“The goal line official had seen it all and that’s why there was a penalty.
“It is a great joy to see Napoli win and move up Serie A.
“Everyone knows what I think about them and I hope they do well.”
Cannavaro then showed his belief in the Neroverdi to reach European competition next year
“Europa League? I hope so,” Cannavaro insisted.
“This team has the right mix of experience and youth, Italians and foreign players,
“We can do great thinks.”
