Ventura - TorinoTorino coach Giampiero Ventura bemoaned lapses in concentration after his side’s heartbreaking derby defeat to Juventus.

Cesare Bovo levelled after Paul Pogba opened the scoring, but Juan Cuadrado found the winner in stoppage time to deny the Granata a point.

“We played very well until the 85th minute when we let them play,” Ventura told Sky Sport Italia.

“We can’t keep making these mistakes, this period will pass and we can get ourselves back on track.”

Torino haven’t won a Serie A game since late September, with their next fixture at home to Inter.

“Tonight we played well, we kept them in check but let up when we conceded,” continued Ventura.

“We had to change our system when Cuadrado came on, which I think caused confusion.

“Losing two derbies in a row is like committing suicide.”
