Niang 2015AC Milan striker M’Baye Niang has admitted to making mistakes since arriving at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The 20 year-old joined the Rossoneri from Caen in 2012, making 33 appearances since for the club while failing to score a Serie A goal.

Niang admits he has made mistakes, most notably posing as Milan team-mate Bakaye Traore when driving without a license.

“I was not ready to play for a great team like Milan, but I am learning from my mistakes,” Niang began in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Frenchman, who had previously been compared with Les Bleus legend Thierry Henry, spent the better part of last season on loan at Genoa.

“In Milan there was too much pressure, but I benefited from my loan spell at Genoa. I’m working to be stronger then [Thierry] Henry,” he continued.

The Milan forward ended his interview by commenting on the Paris attacks, specifically how they impacted on him and Juventus star Paul Pogba.

“I am a Muslim and my parents always taught me to thank God for everything I have, this hasn’t changed and it never will change.

“Paul [Pogba] and I were devastated and we’ve suffered, notably the loss of the cousin of Lassana Diarra,” the striker concluded.
