Inter forward Adem Ljajic is content to win every game 1-0 if it means success for The Nerazzurri, but admits the team can improve and score more goals as the season progresses.
The 24-year-old signed for the Biscione on a season-long loan from Roma in August, with the option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the current season.
“I would agree to winning every match 1-0,” Ljajic told Blic.
“Although I hope we can become more prolific over the course of the season. I think we can become stronger once we begin to become more comfortable on the ball.”
The former Fiorentina attacker is relishing the pressure applied on him from the vociferous Nerazzurri fans.
“I think all eyes are turned towards me,” he said.
“A lot is expected from me, but this makes me want to do and show a lot more. If people are expecting a lot from me, then it means that I am a player who is worth it.”
