Premier League clubs Watford and Stoke City are reportedly interested in signing Juventus forward Simone Zaza.
The Italian international has struggled for playing time this season with only seven Serie A appearances to his name, four of them coming as a substitute.
According to La Domenica Sportiva, Watford’s head of overseas recruitment, Nicola Salerno is thought to be a big fan of Zaza and has already submitted a proposal to the former Sassuolo player.
Stoke are also believed to be intrigued by the possibility of signing the 24-year-old. However, The Old Lady would only allow Zaza to leave on a permanent deal after they paid €18 million to sign him from Sassuolo in the summer.
Zaza is eager to get first-team football so he can secure a place in next summer’s Euro 2016 squad for the Italian national team.
