Giuseppe SanninoCarpi coach Giuseppe Sannino is determined to pick up three points in their next Serie A game.

The Biancorossi sit bottom of the league table after drawing 0-0 with Hellas Verona on Sunday afternoon in a game where Sannino is disappointed with the chances that his team failed to exploit.

“Both teams were in need of a victory,” Sannino told Rai.

“We have wasted and thrown away too many opportunities lately.”

Talking of the season ahead, the Biancorossi coach admitted it will be tough for his side.

“It will be a difficult season but we have the enthusiasm,” added Sannino.

The 58-year-old then looked ahead to their next game which is a local derby against Sassuolo.

“We have to recover and prepare for the derby against Sassuolo, we have to make it the game of a lifetime,” concluded Sannino.
