Juventus are set to lock horns with Arsenal in the race to sign Brazilian starlet Gabriel Jesus.

The Premier League side have already asked Palmeiras about the player’s availability, whereas several other European clubs are now also showing an interest in the club’s potential star asset.

The Daily Mirror have confirmed that the Gunners have already held talks with the Brazilian club about a potential move, although they have stated that the Bianconeri will also do their utmost to try to obtain the player’s signature.

Gabriel was part of the Brazilian squad that recently reached the final of the Under-20’s World Cup in New Zealand, of which they narrowly lost 2-1 to champions Serbia.

It has also been reported that Serie A rivals Roma are keen on the player, of whom may enquire about the player in the foreseeable future.
