Daniele RuganiJuventus are reportedly looking to keep defender Daniele Rugani despite serious interest from Napoli as of late.

The 21-year-old, whose current contract with the Bianconeri is set to expire in June 2020, has barely seen any time on the pitch since his return to the Old Lady from Empoli at the start of the season and it seems like the Partenopei were ready to make a huge offer for his services before being turned away by the Turin giants.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli were prepared to offer Juventus a large sum of around €20 million for the young talent, though the reigning Serie A champions have refused to give him up.

Reports also suggest that Sampdoria may have been interested in signing the Italian on loan, but were turned down by Juve as well.

Rugani has made just one Champions League appearance this term thus far.
