Jessy Moulin – 6 – Nervous

Shared the blame for allowing Alessandro Matri to score, as he could have dealt with the striker’s effort had he not charged off his line.

Pierre-Yves Polomat – 6 – Strong

Tough into the challenge and made a number of crucial interceptions to deny a determined Lazio attack.

Benjamin Karamoko – 6 – Unfortunate

Stretchered off in the first half with a suspected knee injury, replaced by Bayal Sall.

Florentin Pogba – 7 – Dominant

Made a crucial interception to stop Alessandro Matri getting through on goal, looked the star at the back for the hosts.

Jonathan Brison – 6 – Determined

Yellow carded for a cynical challenge in the first half, worked hard to limit the movement of Duvan Basta.

Jeremy Clement – 6 – Underwhelming

Composed on the ball but his passing left a lot to be desired. Complimented Diomande but didn’t provide the same physicality as the Ivorian.

Benjamin Corgnet – 6 – Unlucky

Had a strike from distance with Etrit Berisha off his line, but Wesley Hoedt cleared it away. Provided little else and was replaced by Bamba in the second half.

Ismael Diomande – 6 – Powerhouse

Energetic and strong going into the challenge, made it far more difficult for Danilo Cataldi and Marco Parolo to complete their passes. Soon withdrawn with Pinheiro replacing him.

Valentin Eysseric – 7 – Hero

Didn’t have the same threat as Bahebeck in the first half, but brought his side back into the game with a terrific equaliser. Wrong-footed Etrit Berisha with a powerful strike that left the Albanian grounded.

Jean-Christophe Bahebeck – 6 – Fast

Made the most of the wide positions and tried to outpace his marker. Could have done much more with the possession he had.

Neal Maupay – 5 – Wasteful

Had the beating of Wesley Hoedt for pace. Had a chance to equalise in the second half, but his header was deflected wide. Missed the greatest chance to find a winner when he sent it behind from less than six yards.

Moustapha Bayal Sall – 6 – Decent

Relieved the injured Karamoka, filled in well for the stricken Malian.

Erin Pinheiro – 6 – Average

Replaced Diomande but added little to the midfield dynamic.

Jonathan Bamba – N/A

Came on for Corgnet late on with the home side looking for a goal.
