Cristian Zapata’s time at AC Milan could reportedly be coming to an end with Premier League clubs showing their interest in him.
The Colombian international is thought to be preparing his farewell to the Rossoneri as he gets ready for life away from the Stadio Giuseppe Meaza, the 29-year-old has featured sparingly after struggling to hold down a regular spot in Milan’s line-up under coach Sinisa Mihajlovic this season.
According to The Daily Express, Manchester United and Everton are prepared to take the centre-back off the hands of the Diavolo in this January transfer window with Zapata’s contract at the Milanese giants expiring in the summer making it imperative for the club to offload him.
Zapata has made a total of 62 Serie A appearances for Milan while netting two goals after moving from Spanish club Villarreal in 2012.
