Benfica midfielder Adel Taarabt could make a sensational return to former club AC Milan.
The Moroccan international joined the Rossoneri on a loan deal in January 2014, featuring in 16 games for the Italian giants, scoring four goals and providing two assists.
According to O Jogo, Milan would be willing to welcome back the former Fulham and Queens Park Rangers midfielder.
The Rossoneri have reportedly asked Benfica for Taarabt’s availability as the player is currently training with the second team because the club do not fit him into their plans.
Taarabt has featured in only seven games for Benfica this season, scoring one goal.
