The sales of Alessio Cerci and Stephan El Shaarawy will bolster AC Milan’s transfer budget in the final weeks of the transfer window.
While Genoa have snapped up flop winger Cerci, who joined last January from Atletico Madrid, fellow Italian winger El Shaarawy is set to depart for Roma on a loan with a right of redemption clause.
That will give the Diavolo sufficient funds to strengthen their midfield with next week a key moment in Milan’s season as they plan where to add to their squad in an attempt to return to Europe, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
