SpallettiSoon to be Roma coach, Luciano Spalletti has already started his hunt for a full-back as he looks to add depth to the club’s squad.

The 56-year-old has reportedly made plans to push up Alessandro Florenzi further up the field, and convert him into the role of a winger or maybe even a midfielder thus leaving a gap at the back which needs covering.

As reported by Sport Mediaset, the Italian tactician is already looking towards AC Milan’s Mattia De Sciglio as the man to fill in the right-back position left by Florenzi.

Besides De Sciglio, Spalletti has also lined up other alternatives such as Inter’s Davide Santon and Zenit Saint Petersburg’s Domenico Criscito, who favours a move to Italy.

The former Zenit coach took charge of the Giallorossi between 2005-2009 where under his guidance the Capital club clinched the Coppa Italia twice and the Supercoppa Italiana.
