Fiorentina have reportedly made Barcelona youngster Cristian Tello their prime transfer target in the current window.
Tello, who is on loan to Portuguese giants Porto, finds his chances with the Blaugrana to be relatively slim – with La Viola aiming to make him their second major signing this window following the acquisition of Tino Costa on loan from Spartak Moscow.
According to La Nazione, negotiations between Fiorentina and Barcelona are almost complete, with La Viola aiming to acquire him on a loan deal with an option to buy.
Tello has made 20 appearances for Porto this season, scoring twice as well as making one assist.
The 24-year-old has made one appearance for the Spanish national team, as well as winning the Spanish La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Supercopa de Espana with Barcelona.
