Fiorentinafiorentina kalinic host Torino in Serie A’s lunchtime kick-off on Sunday at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, in a chance for you to take advantage of the latest football betting offers.

Paulo Sousa’s side have lost their last two games against Europa League hopefuls AC Milan and Lazio, but a victory could lift them above Inter into third place.

Torino played their game in hand in midweek away to Sassuolo but could only manage a 1-1 draw.

The fixture is a reverse of the second gameweek, in which three goals in an impressive 10 minute second-half spell from Torino gave them a 3-1 victory over the Viola.

The two clubs’ sets of fans have an amicable relationship due to their shared dislike of Juventus and for Fiorentina’s proximity to Torino after the tragic events of the Superga air disaster in 1949.

Although both clubs have huge respect for each other off the pitch, it is Fiorentina who are achieving better results at the moment.

The Viola are sitting pretty in fourth place and have won all but three of their matches at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

This is in stark contrast to Torino, who have been in stuttering form ever since October and have only amassed eight points out of a possible 27 on their travels.

Both sides have been active in the transfer window with the hosts signing former Genoa midfielder Tino Costa from Spartak Moscow on a loan deal as well as brining in Mauro Zarate from West Ham United.

Giampiero Ventura will hope that Ciro Immobile will be able to make the difference up front after scoring a goal from the penalty spot in the Granata’s thumping 4-2 win at home to Frosinone.

Fiorentina’s Matias Vecino is suspended and Giuseppe Rossi is unavailable having left the club to join La Liga strugglers Levante.

Bruno Peres is a doubt with a thigh injury for the Granata and his fitness will be assessed before the game as he did not play against Sassuolo.
