Roma AC MilanRoma coach Rudi Garcia has criticised his team’s inability to see games through following their draw with AC Milan.

The Giallorossi were held at home to a 1-1 draw by the Rossoneri on Saturday night after going ahead with just four minutes on the cock through Antonio Rudiger.

“We deserved to win the game in the first half, while in the second half we deserved to lose,” Garcia told Sky Sport Italia after the game.

“We need a 90 minute performance to win these games, but we switched off both physically and mentally.

“We need to ask ourselves questions and figure out what went wrong.”

Garcia then answered further questions, stating that although Roma had control early on, they failed to keep the momentum going as the game progressed.

“We started very well and put pressure on Milan’s midfielders, but in the end we were not able to continue in that way,” Garcia added.

Roma are fifth in the Serie A table, one place above Milan.
