Ajax midfielder Riechedly Bazoer will have Serie A giants Napoli and Juventus battling for his signature in the summer transfer window.
Having been labelled the ‘new Paul Pogba’, the 19-year-old will likely come to the attention of several other of Europe’s top clubs.
According to Tuttosport, a January move for the Dutchman is deemed unlikely, though the possibility remains for a summer move.
The Partenopei had previously expressed an interest in Bazoer, however, the player opted to remain at the Amsterdam Arena to see out the current campaign.
“Ajax fans do not have to worry about me potentially leaving,” he told the club’s official website. “When my brother, who is also my representative, told me of Napoli’s offer, I immediately told him that I wanted to stay here.
“Ajax are the right club for me at the moment. I want to win the Eredivisie title here.”
