“When I was a kid I dreamt about playing in this stadium, scoring here is a dream,” said Lasagna to Mediaset Premium:
“It’s a very important goal for me but even more for the team.”
The forward also spoke about next week’s crucial fixture against Palermo with Carpi unbeaten in their two most recent fixtures.
“We arrive [at the match] following a positive streak, we’ll do everything to win,” Lasagna added.
Lasagna has been playing for Carpi since 2014 and scored two goals in nineteen appearances for the Emiliani during the 2015-16 Serie A season.
