Lazio coach Stefano Pioli says that the club know how to embarrass this weekend’s opponents Fiorentina.
The Biancocelesti visit the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Saturday night to play the Viola, with both sides eager to strike gold with a return of three points in the second game after the festive break.
“We have to play well against a team that creates a lot,” said the Italian in his pre match press conference.
“Paulo Sousa is doing a great job but no team is unbeatable.”
Fiorentina are a hefty 14 points ahead of their opponents, firmly in a position to challenge for this season’s Serie A title whilst Lazio are struggling to keep themselves in the top half.
“We’ll have to be good at stealing the ball and attacking the space, we should also not let them play with the ball,” he continued.
“We have analysed our opponents and we know their strengths and weaknesses, we know how to embarrass Fiorentina.”
