Roma are keen to hold on to goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny despite rumours of a return to Premier League club Arsenal during January.
The 25-year-old Poland international joined the Giallorossi on a season-long loan deal in July 2015 after the Gunners signed Petr Cech from rivals Chelsea.
According to La Repubblica, the Lupi are keen to keep the shot-stopper for the remainder of the season after the former Brentford loanee improved after a slow start in the Italian capital.
Rudi Garcia has recently been linked with moves for Paris Saint-Germain’s Salvatore Sirigu and Atalanta‘s Marco Sportiello but could wait until the summer to change his goalkeeper.
Szczesny has made 19 appearances in all competitions for Roma this season.
