Argentinian star confirmed as AC Milan signing

Leonel Vangioni - River PlateAC Milan’s vice-president Adriano Galliani spoke today about respective Rossoneri’s signings for the summer transfer market window, announcing Leonel Vangioni’s arrival in July.

The club is expected to make big changes to its roster, investing in younger players and especially looking at the Argentinian market as Galliani announced the left-back’s arrivals before Milan faced Genoa.

“In the summer we are going to sign Vangioni, he already had his medical last week,” Galliani told Premium Sport.

“We are also going to sell [Antonio] Nocerino, he is moving to Orland to play in the Major League Soccer”.

The Rossoneri’s vice-president also spoke about his intention of investing in young, Italian, players.

“We place a great deal of our hopes in [Manuel] Locatelli; he is a talent and we are counting on him for our future,” he said.

Locatelli has yet to make his debut with Sinisa Mihajlovic’s squad, but he played 15 matches with Milan’s Primavera team, scoring three goals during the current season.
