lavezzi psgChinese outfit Shanghai Shenhua have tabled an offer for PSG winger Ezequiel Lavezzi.

The Argentine had been the subject of rumours linking the forward to Inter in January but the Nerazzurri had been reportedly unable to strike a deal with the 30-year-old’s agent earlier this month.

Tuttomercatoweb.com report that the Chinese side have offered Lavezzi a lucrative €10 million per-annum contract that Inter, under their current financial fair play constraints, would be unable to match.

The source suggests that the Nerazzurri had agreed a deal in principle with Lavezzi’s employers but are now at risk of missing out on the former Napoli attacker.

The transfer market in China closes on February 26 meaning Shenhua would have sufficient time to agree a deal with the French club and personal terms with the player.
