Sassuolo striker seals deadline day move to Chievo

Antonio Floro Flores - SassuoloAntonio Floro Flores has completed a deadline day move from Sassuolo to fellow Serie A side Chievo.

Despite being a regular feature under Eusebio Di Francesco so far this campaign, Floro Flores has decided to bring his stay at the Mapei Stadium to an end.

The Neroverdi confirmed the move on their official club website late on Monday evening, revealing that the player had made the switch to the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi.

In 78 appearances for Sassuolo, Floro Flores bagged 15 goals and contributed a further six assists for his team-mates.

The 32-year-old has featured on 14 occasions so far this season, during which time he scored thrice and assisted twice.

As well as turning out for the Reggio Emilia-based side, Floro Flores has represented Udinese, Napoli, Sampdoria, and Genoa, among others.
