Orlando City star Kaka says that former club AC Milan will always have a place in his heart.
The Ballon D’Or winner became one of the Rossoneri’s most loved characters during a 10 year spell at the club over two separate occasions, scooping five trophies with the club including a Champions League title in 2007.
Despite excelling in the United States, featuring in the Major League Soccer All Star team last season, the midfielder still has lots of love for his old club and wants to see them doing well.
“AC Milan will always be in my heart,” the Brazilian told Sky Sport Italia.
“All of us AC Milan fans would like to see the club back in the Champions League and back amongst the top clubs in Serie A.”
The AC Milan hall of famer, inducted into the club in 2011, says that supporters of the club owe much to president Silvio Berlusconi for their success over the years.
“Best wishes to the president because Milan being famous all over the world is because of his merit.”
