biglia lazioFailing in their ambitions to push once more for Champions League football, Lazio are preparing to lose some of their key players when the transfer window reopens in June.

Achieving a third-placed finish last season, sealing a spot in the Champions League qualification rounds, the Aquile have failed to soar at similar heights this campaign while also failing to progress into the group stages of Europe’s elite club tournament.

Lucas Biglia, Felipe Anderson and Antonio Candreva could all depart from the Stadio Olimpico this summer, with a number of major European clubs interesting in securing their services.

The three had been linked with moves away at the end of the last campaign, however, were convinced to remain in the Eternal City in part due to the prospect of playing in the Champions League.

Both AC Milan and Inter have been mentioned as suitors of Biglia, joining Spanish giants Real Madrid in the hunt for the Argentine.

Premier League side Manchester United are thought to be keen to reignite their interest in Felipe Anderson, despite the Lazio No.10 suffering a dramatic decline in form since last season.
