Premier League giants Arsenal are reportedly interested in Roma defender Kostas Manolas.
The 24-year-old central defender has been a regular in the Roma back line this season, making a total of 37 appearances in all competitions for the Giallorossi.
The Football Insiderreports that Arsenal are eyeing a move for the defender in a bid to bolster their defence.
The €37 million rated Greek star was on Arsenal’s radar two years ago, during his days at Olympiacos.
Arsenal had offered a fee in the region of €9.8m, before holding talks with Manolas’ representatives but Roma signed the defender after Mehdi Benatia left for Bayern Munich.
Monalas joined Roma for a fee in the region of €15m in 2014 from Olympiakos before plying his trade with AEK Athens.
He has scored a goal too and has two assists to his name as well during the 2015-16 campaign and the former Olympiacos man is also said to be Chelsea’s radar with Antonio Conte incoming.
