Inter are considering a move for Genoa defender Armando Izzo during the summer transfer window.
The young defender in enjoying a fine season for the Rossoblu and has been repeatedly scouted by several clubs throughout the season, but the Nerazzurri are allegedly the front-runners in the race for the 24-year-old.
According to FcInterNews, the Beneamata are ready to meet Genoa’s requests and will put forward a bid in the region of €10 million.
Izzo, who moved to the Stadio Luigi Ferraris in 2014 from Avellino for a fee of €800,000, is currently tied to Genoa until the conclusion of the 2019 season.
The former Napoli youngster has shown himself to be versatile, being deployed at both centre-back as well as right-back.
Izzo has shown consistency in this season, accumulating 29 Serie A appearances and has delivered two assists.
