Antonio Nocerino

antonio nocerino

Current Team: Orlando City.

Previous Team(s): Though originally starting with Juventus, Nocerino was loaned to Avellino, Genoa, Catanzaro, Crotone, Messina, and Piacenza, before signing to Palermo. He then moved back north to Milan, only to be loaned out again to West Ham United, Torino, and Parma.

Background: Born April 9, 1985 (30 years old) in Naples.

Position: Midfielder.

What to Watch Out For: How Nocerino adapts to MLS. While not quite nearing retirement, his is also not building on his CV either, so how Nocerino performs at the North American league level will be interesting. He has the chance to be a massive contributor to the club, if he stays focus and fit during the season.

Interesting Fact: Nocerino will at least feel at home in Florida, as he has reunited with his former Milan teammate Kaka.

Andrea Pirlo

Background: Born May 19, 1979 (36 years old) in Flero.

Position: Midfielder.

What to Watch Out For: How long he can grow his beard to rival Bronx hipsters.

Interesting Fact: Pirlo is not impressed by interesting facts.
