As Claudio Ranieri continues to work footballing miracles at Leicester City, his former striker, Giuseppe Rossi, has revealed that he previously had a great experience whilst working with the Italian tactician.
The former Fiorentina and Manchester United forward played under Ranieri whilst the pair were at Parma, although Rossi has admitted that there has still been no official proposal regarding a potential move.
“In terms of Ranieri, we had an extremely great four months whilst we were together at Parma,” said Rossi to Radio Deejay.
“However, at the moment there are no concrete plans in place and I am thinking only of the present and securing salvation with Levante.”
As for Rossi’s current playing commitments, he has stated that he is enjoying his football whilst in Spain with La Liga strugglers, Levante, although is still longing for some scoring consistency.
“I am feeling good physically,” Rossi added. “I am still searching for continuity, as well as goals and victories.
