Simone Scuffet UdineseBarcelona are keen to add a young goalkeeper to their squad with cup keeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen expected to leave over the summer.

The Catalan club have therefore turned their attention towards AC Milan’s first choice Gianluigi Donnarumma and Udinese’s Simone Scuffet who has spent the 2015-16 season on loan at Serie B’s bottom side Como.

According to Calciomercato.com, Barca are looking at Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois as their first choice but are also eager to sign one of the young Italians with an eye to the future.

Milan have not set a value for the promising young goalkeeper and it is expected that it would take a huge offer to convince the Rossoneri to sell one of their key assets despite all the uncertainty at the club.

Scuffet remains another option after the 19-year-old has spent a season out of the spotlight with a struggling Como side after he previously rejected an Atletico Madrid move.
