Asamoah - Juventus v FiorentinaChelsea have reportedly set their sights on signing Juventus‘ Kwadwo Asamoah in the summer, as they look to rebuild from this season’s disappointing showing in the Premier League.

Incoming Chelsea coach Antonio Conte has already encouraged the West London side to secure the versatile midfielder’s signature, which will see the pair reunite, after Conte signed him for the Bianconeri in 2012.

As reported by the BBC, the Blues are willing to offer the Turin giants a fee in the region of €20-25 million for the Ghana international, who has been much of a peripheral figure this season after returning from a severe knee injury sustained in the 2014-2015 Serie A campaign.

The 27-year-old arrived in Turin from Udinese in 2012 and has picked up four Serie A titles with Juve, making a total of 79 appearances while scoring a modest amount of four goals.
